My mom sign her name on my dad passport, what should I do now? Can I just cross out my mom signiture and have my dad sign his name in it?

Call the passport agency. You don't want to get any "shoot from the hip" advise, right or wrong, here, in my opinion. ((b))

No, you need to talk to the passport agency. You can not write on a passport yourself.
