Need a place to pop the question, Mid Atlantic
 

I am finally going to pop the question, but I am looking for the ideal spot. I live in Northern Virginia but can travel the Mid Atlantic area. Any suggestions?

Don't know how pricey you want to get, but what about The Inn at Little Washington in your neck of the woods, Washington, VA. (A 5 star restaurant/B&B) Do an alta vista search to find more information--and prices!!!

How about the Rainbow Room in NYC?

My husband proposed to me at the perfect place last year - the Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, VA.
It's romantic, beautiful scenery and accomodations -
the staff made it special giving us a wonderful room and view, champaign and more!

In addition to the Inn at Little Washington (see above), which would be anyone's first choice, consider L'Auberge Chez Francoise in Great Falls. Those two restaurants are generally considered the most romantic in the Washington area.

how about popping big ? during early morning
hot air baloon ride! have a champagne breakfast
prepared, or how about at new year's eve in front
of the fireplace. just make it romantic as anything
and she WILL say yes!!!!good luck
