Need a Newport Beach restaurant recommendation

I'd appreciate a recommendation for a restaurant for lunch on a Sunday which is (a) quiet and (b) reasonably priced.

We're flying from Cambodia and planning on meeting friends we haven't seen in a while so we'd like a place where we can linger, chat and perhaps be in an area where we can walk afterwards. Thank you.

Gulfstream (MacArthur boulevard and PCH/Highway 1) is open and has a patio, which is a fantastic place to hang out after lunch. If you'd like to walk afterward, you can cross PCH and walk through Corona Del Mar village.

My suggestion would be: The Wind and Sea in Dana Point, another being Tortilla Flats on a lake in Mission Viejo. Both places are less crowded ones with reasonable prices.
Check with their sites for more details about them.
