Need a high quality restaurant in Wilmington, NC for inlaws!

Need to buy a gift certificate for my inlaws for xmas. would like a restaurant that has great food and service but nothing too fussy. help

PortLand Grille and Jerry's are too of my favorites. Of the two Jerry's is the more casual.

Elijah's on the waterfront has been considered elite for many years but I have only eaten there once, for lunch, and that was at least a decade ago.
