neck pillow/lumbar support for LONG trip

Will be taking a 17+ hour flight to HK. I suffer with lower back problems and was wondering if anyone has ever purchased an inflatable lumbar support? I would also like to buy an inflatable neck pillow. I would like to purchase these online if possible. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!!

Do you have a Brookstone near you? They usually have wonderful travel pillows such as what you are searching for.

I usually take the NY Times Sunday edition and roll it up and then place it behind my neck. As I read each section, my neck gets closer to being flat against the headrest. Over time, the simple angle adjustment keeps my neck from getting stiff.

You can go to brookstone.com Also - most airports have at least small stores that sell the inflatable neck pillows. They work really well. I think you can google for a source. Good luck!

Try travelsmith.com and/or magellans.com. Both carry a good variety of travel helps.

Try Pocket Pillow, at http://www.pocketpillow.com/ .

I used this pillow on a long trip to Japan, and it was wonderful. This is by far the most comfortable back cushion I ever used.
