NC-fodorites gathering???
 

A while ago someone posted about a possible NC -fodorites meeting ...did that ever happen? Will it??

Leah--Not sure about a SC gathering but if you want to come down to Atlanta on Sat. Sept. 17th, we'd love for you to join the Atlanta GTG. Looks like we have people coming from all over!

OWJ - thanks for the offer but Atlanta is a bit of a trek (4hrs) from Asheville and would rather avoid that traffic and look for a gathering in this area - Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, even SC-Greenville

I remember a while back that bonniebroad had mentioned a GTG in the Raleigh area...don't remember ever seeing that it took place tho.

bonniebroad did mention a gathering back right before Christmas and suggested we get together after the holidays, but the topic was not raised again to my knowledge...

I am all for it as well.

Well, since I'm in Asheville and we have lots of great restaurants here I am of course going to lobby to have something here. I'd also be up for Greenville if Litespeed Chick was interested. Let's throw out some dates...I'm a "cruise director" and don't mind making some arrangements if there is enough interest.

I'm game for a NC gathering, I live in Jonas Ridge (top of Linville Gorge). I live to plan trips and talk about travel. My husband would love for me to have other people to bounce my ideas and excitement off of instead of him!! AprilA

Bonnie did indeed arrange a get together. It is November 19th in Raleigh. As of now, it is scheduled for the Neo-China restaurant at Pleasant Valley.

I'm looking forward to this GTG -- and hope it is the first of many :)
