Navigating Houston Airport

Hello all
In a week I will be traveling from Saskatoon, Canada to Harlingen, Texas. Unfortunately I will be needing assistance due to a knee injury. Air Canada will help until I land in Houston. Then I have to make my way to Southwest. I just realized that they are not in the same airport. Southwest is in Houston Hobby.
Has anyone used the shuttle between airports or am I better off to try to find a cab? Any pearls of wisdom appreciated

Many thanks

It's about an 45min- 1hr ride from Houston International (IAH) to Hobby (HOU). You can take a taxi, but that'll run you $60-70. You can also use the SuperShuttle service - check their website for fares.

Cabs to/from IAH run a zone fare. Hobby is $62 + $2.75 IAH fees, for $64.75.
