National Parks Pass and Williamsburg

OK, I've been all over the Internet trying to get this question answered. We have the one-year National Parks Pass. It looks like, therefore, we have entry with it to Jamestown, Yorktown, etc. in the Williamsburg area. But...does it also provide us with entry to Colonial Williamsburg. The website for the latter doesn't mention this pass at all. Help from those who know, please!

Colonial Willsburg is not a national park. It is maintained by the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.

Colonial Williamsburg is private. I do not think the Park Pass will grant you admission.

It can be confusing.

Sorry to say, Colonial Williamsburg isn't a National Park so your pass won't be honored there.

Jamestown Island and the Yorktown Battlefield are National Parks, no problem with your pass there.

There are adjacent sites, Jamestown Settlement and Yorktown Victory Center which are run by a private organization. They're both well worth visiting though a separate entry fee will be required.

Thanks for the quick replies! Looks like we'll have to support our historical sites. Better our funds should go for that than on less valued things.

nps.gov is the website of the National Park Service.

It will give locations of all National Parks, National Monuments, National Historic Sites, National Seashores, etc.

It will tell you what places honor the pass.
