Nashville,TN Christmas Day

My husband and I will be traveling to Nashville, TN for Christmas this year. Since we have no family, we are looking for something to do ( or something that is open) Christmas Day. Any suggestions?

Without a doubt, no one does Christmas like the Gaylord Opryland hotel -

We usually visit the Gaylord Texan near our house just to take the kids to see the "Xmas" (they're small and they love holiday lights). The Gaylord hotel chain is not known for under-doing the decorations.

The ICE! shows are interesting, but they're expensive (check for discounts, there are various ones available) and can be REALLY crowded. Each one is really a small wax museum that is really effing cold.

Definitely going to the Gaylord, and I will absolutely check out the ice show. Thanks so much for the replies!
