Naples,FL...Question for NeoPatrick
Hello Neo, I was on Naples' website and they mentioned parking permits. I thought maybe I would purchase one from them, but I couldn't find a way.Could you find out if they have temp. visitor parking permits and how I can get one? I don't wanna keep feeding the meters. And I also don't want to put you to work.So if you can't do it;;no hard feelings.......Thank-you very much.....EJC

Yes. Only residents get parking permits now and they are free for us. Bring a couple rolls of quarters for the meters. I suggest for beaching you go within a few blocks north or south of the pier. There is some parking at the beach end of each street (metered) and you will be close to the restrooms at the pier.
If you don't mind walking a block and a half, one of the best parking deals is at the corner of Broad Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Street South. This is a big free and nearly always half-empty garage below the shopping center above. You walk up Broad to the beach. It seems no one knows about this free garage which is also ideal for Tommy Bahamas and Campiello as well as shopping on 3rd Street South. |
