Napa Lodging...Villagio, Vintage Inn?

Hello!

We are looking to stay in Napa for our honeymoon. Has anyone stayed at the Villagio or Vintage Inn? We are thinking about those. We'd love to do Auberge or Meadowood, but it is a little steep for us. Any other suggestions for romantic, nice places about $300 a night would be great. A fireplaces a nice bath/jacuzzi are a must! Thanks!

Villagio was nice,it has all the amenities and is nicer than vintage inn.
There are some nice B&B as well.We liked Villagio but thought it was expensive for what you got.It is a convienent location right off the highway in yountville,be sure to ask for a inner coutyard room.Check out Harvest Inn as well.Wine Country Inn.
Be sure to stay in Yountville,St.Helena,Rutherford or Calistoga.Napa is to industrial.Yountville is agreat location because it is also an easy drive to Sonoma.
Congrats

Also look at the Yountville Inn. Huge,
comfy rooms. It is only a few years old and feels nice and new. We really enjoyed our stay. They also provide a lovely lite breakfast in the lobby area.

Try the Oak Knoll Inn in Napa. We stayed and it was beautiful. Extra bonus, the innkeepers will make reservaions for you at the french laundry. You dont have to bother trying to get a coveted reservation.

Another vote for the Oak Knoll Inn! The owners are wonderful. The rooms are huge and well appointed with great fireplaces. Breakfasts here are legendary, but we also really enjoyed the visiting vinter-hosted wine hours in the early evening. They were very relaxing and a great way to get some inside scoop on restaurants, wineries, etc.

Since Oak Knoll only has 4 rooms, it books up early. Another good contender is Milliken Creek Inn. We stayed there for our anniversary and had a beautiful suite overlooking the Napa River with fireplace and clawfoot tub. The staff are very service oriented and were helpful with all of our dinner arrangements, flowers, etc.

Congratulations and have a great trip!
