Just got back from SF/Napa trip. I ate at Terra and I can say that the food is truly delicious. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

Have been to Terra's ....ditto. Also like Wappo- sit out on patio. very nice.

Hi Linda,<BR> Like to put in my two cents' worth.....don't skip Mustard's in Napa. It's kid of loud and busy, but awfully good. ps.....weather will be nice next week- lucky you!

wappo is terrific (sitting outside is great), as is terra (very different food there...much more meat oriented)

We tried Pearl a year ago and it was a mixed bag. Some things good, some downright strange. There are better ones there including Terra, yes.

Terra is lovely. Also like Tra Vigne, Domaine Chandon, Mustards, and Bistro Jeanty. French Laundry terribly overrated. For lunch the CIA at Greystones is a real treat. Lots of herbs and the freshest of ingredients.BTW, in California, you can always ask for light on the sauce or even ask for the sauce on the side. They will understand immediately. Weather today is glorious, hope it will continue for you for next weekend. We're still on the cusp!
