Nail salon in Las Vegas
Going to be in Vegas getting ready for trade show ... will need to get my nails done the week of the show. Any suggestions where I should go?

Check to see if your hotel has a spa and make an appointment there. If there isn't one, my favorite one is at Mandalay Bay. Go early so you can hang out in the fabulous whirlpools!

Typically, you do not get access to the spa and whirlpools if you are only getting your nails done.
I have been very happy with the service at WET at TI (Treasure Island) and Color at Caesars Palace. I have found WET to be more affordable than a lot of Strip Salons. Where are you staying? That is usually a factor for me. |
ARe you serious?
I read there are more nail salons there per capita than anywhere else ...maybe all the dealers have to have perfectly manicured nails!? I think they are all the same - just have the concierge at your hotel book one for you. |
Anne, they are not all the same. If you had actually visited a salon on the Strip, you would know that.
The salon at the Flamingo might as well be in a strip mall. The salon at TI has a nicely designed waiting area and slightly more private manicure stations. In addition to the number of ladies that get their nails done while visiting Vegas (just for fun or for special events) a lot of guys get their nails done, too. Poker can be very hard on your nails, and most pros (or semi pros) like to take care of their hands and nails since that is part of their table image. At TI, the gentlemen's manicure is one of the more popular services (and one of the least expensive on the Strip). |
Thanks for the comments ... I'm not staying on the strip ... 2.5 weeks to prep our exhibit and for the show, so we're staying near the Convention Center ... quiet hotel, yea, but no nail salon on site ...but surely will find time to head over to the strip to get my nails done.
