Myrtle Beach restaurant for a small reunion

I'm looking for a nice, moderately priced restaurant with good food in Myrtle Beach. We are meeting friends there next week and there'll be eight of us. Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks.

I would head to Pawleys Island and eat at either Louis's (outside) or Frank's Outback (outside).

Both have outstanding food and wonderful atmosphere.

Worth the drive.

GoTravel is right about the two great restaurants in Pawlelys Island (and Bistro 217 there is also very, very good).

But if you want to stay in Myrtle Beach, with a party of eight, there are some good choices too. In no particular order . . .

More formal: Collectors Cafe, Martini's (North Myrtle Beach), Sea Blue (a seafood tapas restaurant in NMB), New York Prime (okay, a little pricey maybe), Aspen Grill, Thoroughbreds, and UMI Pacific Grill.

Less formal: Ciao (small, casual, best Italian in town), Bonefish (it's a chain, but it's also a very nice, moderately priced seafood restaurant), and Flamingo (very good seafood, and it has one of my favorite dishes in town, an awesome pepper-encrusted seared tuna).

Bon appetit!

Thanks so much for the responses. Since we will be doing a few short trips to that area, I plan to try out a few of them. Up till this point, I'd only heard which to avoid :} Thanks again.

My favorite is Bonefish, even though it is a (small) chain.
