Muscle Scienc ,There is far of hype about needing more protein in diet plan to build muscle. Protein contains the amino acids for muscle building. To build muscle, a bodybuilder needs one gram of protein for every pound of body excessive fat. The major source of a builder's protein should are taken from animal information. Lean red meat, chicken, turkey, fish, skim milk, and low fat cottage cheese are all good sources of protein. Protein shakes and bars are acceptable absurdly.
