Does anyone have any information on this hotel/resort? Sounds like a nice place; but, also seems like it may still be undergoing construction.<BR><BR>How challenging is the golf course?<BR><BR>thanks

If the hotel you are talking about is indeed the one in Whitefield, NH I'm not sure you'll get much response, simply because the hotel just re-opened after being abandonded for many years. The new owners put in a lot of time and money to rehab the hotel and from everything I've seen and heard, it's great. If you do indeed go, please post a report when you get back as I'm interested in what you thought of the place!

Yes, the one near Whitefield. From the website, it seemed that part of it may still be undergoing renovations. <BR><BR>Was planning to go over Labor Day, but have opted to go off to Vermont instead. <BR>Definitely want to check it out one of these days.

Sorry you opted out; my husband, 2 adult children, and I spent a long weekend there at the end of June and it was perfect in every way. If there is still construction going on, it's unobtrusive. Can't answer your question about the golf course, but the rest of the facility is magnificent.
