Mother Daughter Trip UA

My daughter and I take a trip every year and through trial and error I have found that adventure (hiking and skiing) make her happy. We have done Hawaii, Sedona, LA, and Colorado. I am limited to specific days this year due to a new job so I need suggestions that are interesting, somewhat adventurous destination. She is 21 but does not drink and we are not boutique shoppers. Would love any suggestions for an exciting, interesting, possibly challenging destination. If not challenging, something memorable. Thank you!

UA? You mean USA? Where does your trip originate? When and for how long? Specific dates.

Yellowstone National Park.

How about considering national parks. Zion, Yellowstone, Arches and so many more.

They are among my first choices, however I should have mentioned budget. I started a new job and am subject to the days off they approve so I have given them parameters and am awaiting a set of date from a Thursday to a Tuesday. Looking to find as many options as possible to fit my budget.

Where do you live? What's your home airport(s)? With such a short trip and a limited budget, closer is better.

How about NH? You can kayak, go mountain biking either renting bikes for local trails or Highland Bike Park which may require experience, and then go to seacoast for a lobster dinner. Some of the ski area also have mountain biking. Free outdoor summer concerts in some places. You could pack a picnic supper.

You could canoe the Buffalo National River in the mts. of northern Arkansas. Clear, rushing water, high bluffs, caves, springs and more.I've done it twice and it's a great experience. It is managed by the National Park Service. https://www.nps.gov/buff/index.htm
