The Tetons/ Yellowstone are my top choice in the lower 48 for beauty, sightseeing and a marvelous time. The Tetons are breathtaking. The Tetons/ Yellowstone are next to each other but depending on where you stay it could be a 2 to 3 hour drive from 1 park to the next. If you have a week stay 4-5 days in Yellowstone then go to the Tetons to relax a little.

PS, Jackson Hole wraps round the Teton National park or vice versa. The town of Jackson has hotels, motels. There is national park lodging within the tetons including Jackson Lake Lodge Jenny Lake Colter Bay. Go to gtlc.com for the Tetons and Xanterra for Yellowstone park lodging and buy a guide book for these parks at the bookstore.
