Most friendly: Portland, OR<BR>Least: L.A. and Boston

Sorry to contradict previous posters' opinions of Savannah, but we've found that city to be unbelievably friendly both times we visited. The first time a hurricane was headed straight for the city and the whole town was boarding up. A waitress at a local breakfast joint apologized profusely to us because the hurricane was literally running us out of town!<BR><BR>Least friendly is probably Boca Raton Florida, which is where I've lived for the past 14 years! Horribly rude and unhappy bunch of people.
