More restaurant recs for Las Vegas, please?
 

Hello all, will be doing the big circle of Las Vegas, GC, Sedona, Zion and Bryce to Las Vegas, this Sept. Have done lots of research here and on other sites for restaurant recs. We love Italian/Mediterranean type of food, and will try not to spend TOOO much....about 70$pp. Any ideas or recs, we will be there for 4 nights. Thanks so much, Judy

Bookhall: thanks for the info about chowhound, it is a wonderful treasure trove of information. It is an addictive site.

I like Bertolini's in Ceasars for Italian and Olives in the Bellagio for Med. flavors.

you can also try al dente for great italian in bally's homemade pasta!

Another vote for Bertolini's. Reasonable prices, good food, large portions, good service. Also, Il Canelettos (spelling may be off) at The Venetian. I particulary enjoyed sitting "outdoors" - you can people watch and enjoy the scenery.

Two excellent Italian restaurants are Terrazza in Caesar's Palace and Antonios in the Rio.

In Sedona try Dahl & Deluca. Great food & you'll be well under budget unless you go for some pricey wine. Many items on the menu are learge & could be shared (& w/no charge). My wife & I ate there for V-day & split appetizers, entrees & dessert w/a good btl. of Chard for $92. The seafood entree we had was awesome. Make sure you check out the chef's specials as well.

Flopmeister: read about the positive reviews on Chowhound. I know some people just adore Thai(my husband included), but I am not that keen on it. Bertolinis looks great on their web site, and I did not know that it was owned by Morton's...that is a big plus in my book!
