WE SHALL ARRIVE IN CHICAGO ON THE 1ST OF jULY FAMILY OF 5 WITH 9 SUITCASES. OUR APARTMENT IS IN HIDEPARK 3RD FLOOR - WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE CAN WE GET HELP OR HIRE PORTERS TO BRING OUR LUGAGE UP[ TO OUR FLAT. THANKS

How is your luggage being transported TO your flat from the plane?<BR>Taxi? Pay the driver extra and they'll likely help.<BR>You could arrange to have a courier service pick up your bags at the airport and deliver them and carry them up, but that would be expensive.
