Planning to go to Point Lobos and spend the weekend in the area. Anyone know of an inexpensive clean place to stay?

Here's a few I have either stayed at, or have relatives who have. Prices can vary, expecially with weekends:
Monterey- Padre Oaks, Days Inn Downtown/ San Carlos, El Adobe Inn, Del Monte Pines, Carmel Hill Knights Inn & Downtown Travelodge.
Pacific Grove- Borg Motel & Sunset Inn.
Carmel- Carmel Garden Court, Best Western Bay View & Best Western Town House Lodge.

We stayed at the El Castell Motel in Monterey in May. Their family room was very nice - two rooms with three queen beds and plenty of space.

I have often gotten a price on priceline for the monterey hyatt of less than $60.
