After reading many threads on this restaurant we plan to go there at the end of the month. My question is do I need to make reservations now or could I do in once we arrive depending on our schedule.I am also wondering what the proper attire is. Any other advise or opinions would be appreciated. Thanks-Jana

Jana: I would make a reservation as soon as possible, what do you have to lose? It will be easier to change your reservation to a different time once you get there if need be. Having said that the restaurant is large and if you do not have a seating preference you probably don't need a reservation at all, unless you go on Friday or Saturday night. If you make a reservation, ask to sit in the enclosed terrace with a view of the Bellagio Fountains. I would recommend dressy casual, but in Vegas anything goes from jeans to tux. Incidentially, the restaurant is excellant. Enjoy.

I also forgot to ask if anyone has a suggestion as to how much time to allow for dinner is we are going to a show afterwards.Thanks

Late August we ate at this restaurant. No reservations, no problem (lucky ?). Sat outside. We both (males) were wearing shorts and polos as most others. Inside seems a little more formal, but I really don't think they have a dress code. The meal was quite good.

We ate there just last Sat. night and it was great! I would have liked to have sat outside though. Our reservation was for 9:00pm and when we got there at 9:00pm it would have been another hour to hour and a half to sit outside (they would not take seating preferences at the time of making our reservation). So, I would suggest making your reservation for earlier than you want and wait to be seated outside (if you want to sit outside). <BR>We did not want to eat at 10:30pm so we ate inside. We ate there earlier this year and had a great meal. When you are seated tell your waiter your timetable and they will get you to your show on time. Try the blue cheese steak- the thick one-it is great. When making your reservations ask for a table viewing the fountains at the Bellagio. Enjoy Keith

I would guess, without drinks/wine but with hors d'oeuvres and dinner, maybe dessert, around $75 plus tip - by Las Vegas standards, not a bad deal. I would allow two hours from the time you walk in until you leave, just so you don't feel rushed. Enjoy!

Our bill was about $73 for 2 which included: 1 appetizer, French steak dinner, Mussels dinner, 1 glass champagne, 1 glass wine. Well worth it. <BR>Shadow
