Held my breath through the last inning! Gasp! What a team!

I went looking for this thread to make a comment yesterday and thought it had disappeared. I hadn't realised that it got moved over to the "lounge". I had posted it on the USA board as it was relative to my travel experience. I had no thought that I may be breaking any posting etiquette!!!

Anyway, I was at work whilst the Giants v Phillies game was on so I was again consigned to following the ball by ball on the MLB site. What a game!!! It almost had everything. Bottom of the 9th, the go-ahead runner on base, 2 out, full count. I wish I was able to watch it.

I can feel a "sickie" coming on this Thursday for the Game 1 showdown. Go Giants.

I have downloaded the Burn's doco's and will be watching them this week. There is a bit of a gap between our Football and Cricket seasons so it is great to be able to immerse myself in baseball to fill the void.
