Military "entertainment" in WA State Parks

The military has proposed providing "entertainment" (he says cynically) in many Washington State parks. Apparently the navy wants to periodically use many Washington State parks at night for training Navy seals in stealth operations ... the object will be for trainees to stealthily slip in to the park unnoticed by regular park visitors and campers. (A game of hide and seek, or a potential danger?)
See https://www.seattletimes.com/seattle...seal-training/
There is a public comment period open until March 23 this year (2018): https://navfac.navy.mil/navfac_world...nts/NSOEA.html
In addition, contact Washington State Parks. I don't know who would be the best contact inside WA State Parks, but this address looks promising: [email protected]

This should be a major interest to those who intend visiting Washington State Parks and to the tourist industry.
