Miami's Beaches and Raw Sewage
 

I saw on the news this morning that a sewage pipe broke near Miami and raw sewage is spewing everywhere. There are beach warnings out from Key Biscayne Northward. It is totally gross! Hope they get this mess cleaned up soon.

I want to add that if you don't think the info. Maxine posted here is relevant to FL tourists then YOU have serious problems. Then again, the fact that you likely find swimming in sewage to be perfectly normal and acceptable shouldn't shock me and come to think of it, would be most appropriate for you.

See I told you its all a Mafia(with a Cuban influence) controled plot to take over South Florida's economy.The local government isn't playing ball so they are being taught a lesson.The local government is panicking over this latest threat to the local economy and are covering up the fact that the raw sewage is laced with(are you ready?)asbestos!!

Maxine: The Miami Herald has been publishing coliform bacteria readings in and around Miami Beach. Most of them are below the supposedly save 1000 parts per million, but the beaches are likely to remain closed for at least another week as the pipe is repaired. <BR> <BR>www.herald.com
