Mexican gift shop

I'll be in Houston this weekend. Would like to find a little shope with cheap south of the boarder-type items like maracas, serapes etc. Not looking for collector items, just something fun for one-time use at a Cinco de Mayo party. Would love to come home the prize winning outfit :-)

What part of Houston are you going to be in? Is store location important?

Hi maryanntex,
thanks for your response for Tex-Mex and shop. I'll be going to The Woodlands. Location will be a consideration since I've really only got part of one free day.

If you are going north from IAH to The Woodlands, then you really aren't going to Houston, at least not to the part of the city where there are flea markets, farmers' markets, etc. that might have what you are looking for. You could probably find what you are looking for in the area north of IAH, but I have no idea where. Sorry.

This one is not all that far from IAH. Opposite direction from The Woodlands, though. It ought to have what you're looking for.
