Yes there are multi-days. Best bet for tourists is either the 7 day card, which is UNLIMITED for 7 consecective days, of if you're not here that long, buy the dialy 'funpass' @ $4, which is unlimited till about am, a think

For your info:

individual token: $1.50
1-day pass: 4.00
1-week pass: 17.00
1-month pass: 63.00

Don't know if you can get passes at La Guardia.....

Go to the area where the city buses depart. There may be a machine from which Metro cards can be purchased. If there is a machine it would be inside the terminal. If you can't find one at Lga, machines dispensing Metro cards are located in most subway stations.

Most hotel gift shops or concierge sell MetroCards. If you get the one-day funpass, please note that it expires at 3 A.M. the next morning. It is NOT good for 24 hours like the signs, ads, etc., say. But, it is worth it! They are good for bus rides, too.

To my knowledge, you can't buy Metrocard at LaGuardia. That would be too logical and NYC transit has never acted logically. (How come token clerks have to make change for you to buy a 1 day card from the vending machine, but can't sell you the card themselves??)

But if you see a newstand, check and see if they sell the 1 day card (also called a Fun Pass).
