Method & time required to go from Paramount Hotel to Theatres

We are staying at the Paramount Hotel on 46th street and going to Radio City Spectacular for an 8:00 show next Wednesday, Nov 22nd. What is the best reasonable method of travel (have no clue what a taxi might cost), and when should we plan on leaving to get there for an 8:00 show?
Friday the 24th we will have a similar scenario going to the Majestic Theatre for an 8:00 showing of Phantom for which we need similar advice.
Thank you in advance for your help!!

If my information is correct, the hotel is at 235 W. 46th St, which is between 7th & 8th Aves. The crosstown blocks are long, the uptown/downtown blocks are short.

The theater is at 247 W. 44th, also between 7th & 8th. That is a two short block walk, which should take about five minutes. I'd leave the hotel between 7:30 & 7:40.

Radio City is on 6th Ave, between 50th & 51st Sts. That is two long and four short blocks from the hotel, also an easy walk.

You can walk to Radio City in about 5 to 10 minutes. You can take a taxi, which might take a half hour to get one at that hour in that location and maybe take another half hour to get there. I'd suggest you walk!
You can walk to the Majestic in about 2 to 3 minutes. Again, I'd suggest walking is by far the best way.

Walk, walk, walk.

The estimates are good for those familiar with where they're going. For those not, just leave yourself an extra 5 - 10 minutes and enjoy people watching along the way.

Be prepared for a great location when it comes to The Paramount. Also be prepared for the SMALLEST rooms you have ever seen. I really liked The Paramount it was very different from any hotel I have ever stayed at. The paintings for headboards, unique lobby.
I thought it was great but the wife and I were both taken back by the size of the rooms. I was nervous about some of the reviews I read but I would definately stay there again if the Theater was my main goal as it is close enough to walk to all. FWIW I won The Paramount on Priceline for 110.00 per night last January.
