Memphis /Nashville - roadfood suggestions?

Any recommended stops on the drive between these two places? Looking for casual places for local food, nothing fancy.

Off I-40 (exit 80A) in Jackson, TN is the Old Country Store in Casey Jones Village. I ate a wonderful lunch buffet for $6.99.

It is traditional southern cooking with fried chicken and BBQ. There is even a guy making cracklin' cornbread on a griddle in the middle of the buffet.

Here is a link to the place including a list of items on the buffet each day: http://www.caseyjones.com/pages/products.htm

I agree. The buffet at Casey Jones is great with many choices, or you can order from the menu.
There is really nothing very interesting between Memphis and Nashville on I-40.
