I was watching the morning news today on KGMB & there was a reporter interviewing Melissa Chang at Don Ho's Island Grill. She was promoting Fat Tuesday events at Aloha Tower Marketplace.

Chepar! I am totally going to wear a cheong sam. Actually, I'll be wearing a cheong sam TOP, but a regular skirt. I'm too short & dumpy for a full-on cheong sam.

Then come for cinco de mayo! We'll be having mariachis....a chihuahua fashion show....all kinds.

Cinco sounds great too but we'll just miss it by a couple weeks. We're coming the week before Memorial Day. Doesn't really matter when we will be there though - every day is a holiday when you're in Hawaii!
