Mayflower Park Hotel or Andra??

Hi, Im looking for a Hotel in seattle (for two nights on weekend.
Can you help me decide between the Mayflower Park Hotel and the Andra Hotel?
Both same price($130)and both 3.5 star.
Any suggestions?
Oh, and how about the Warwick Hotel ($145)?
I liked Renassiance Hotel but its $165 and I think one of the first ones i menttioned ar OK and cheaper.
And theres Hotel Vintage Park ($145).
I dont think its worth paying extra money if the first hotels are ok too and cheaper.
What do you think????
Thanks.

We stayed at the Warwick last fall and had sort of mixed feelings on it. Location was good, the staff were really great and went out of their way, our room was clean...but a bit dark and dated. It wasn't bad, but after being in the lobby we were quite surprised that the room was not updated. So I guess it would just depend on what you are looking for.

I'd probably give the Andra a try, since it's brand new (i.e. an old hotel utterly remodeled.) The Mayflower Park is very well located; the Vintage Park is nice and convenient to lots of office buildings and the groovy new library, but not a lot else. Actually, though, I'd probably try for Priceline at 4-stars and use the savings to pay the valet parking.

Have a look to see if any of the Kimptons (Vintage Park, Alexis or Monaco) have sales going on, or look at the new waterfront Marriott. Nothing is cheap in Seattle in summer, but you can do okay now and then.

Thanks for your help!
I think Hotel Andra is a good option, now that you tell me the Warwick is an oldie, we dont want that, Im 26 and my husband 31!!!
Ive read that Belltown Neighborhood is cool and trendy, and there are lots of cafes and nice restaurants.
Do you have any advise about a restaurant or bar there?
Thanks again!
