Mayflower & Roosevelt Hotel in Seattle. Which is best?

I'll be in Seattle the third week in June for business and would like help choosing a hotel. I'll be at the US Bank Center Office Tower at Union and 6th Street. The hotels seem very pricy. The two least expensive within walking distance of my work location seem to be the Roosevelt Hotel and the Mayflower Park Hotel. Is one better than the other? What are the basic differences?

Since I don't stay in hotels in my hometown, I can't tell you much about the rooms in these two hotels. I can tell you that they are considered comparable and quite nice for the price range. You might also consider the Vance. All of these are older but well kept and respectable hotel buildings. I recall that the Roosevelt was extensively refurbished not long ago. I don't think you'll be disappointed in any of them.
