Maui waterfalls

Hi!
We have been hearing lots of Maui waterfalls but they all seem to be on the road to Hana. We don't have time to go to Hana but still like to see some waterfalls. Can anyone tell me where are the waterfalls in the west or south Maui area? Directions will help lots too. Thanks!

This web site gives information about water falls in Maui.

You wont find waterfalls in south maui. Kihei and wailea are dry. The west maui mountains have waterfalls( If you fly in a helicopter) Hana is the waterfall capital of Maui.

We took a helicopter tour of the island and were able to see many waterfalls -- most of which people cannot see on foot. Our pilot told us that most of the ones that we were seeing were also used for footage in Jurassic Park.

You will spend somewhere around 75-125 per person to see falls from the helicopters, but boy are they worth it when you compare driving the 617 curves to Hana! (And another 617 if you return that waY, OR ANOTHER 400 OR so by continuing around the island!) Splurge for the copter, its cool.
