Maui to Pearl Harbor
Is it really possible to do a day trip to Pearl Harbor from Maui? How difficult is it? Pearl Harbor is definitely something my husband and I would love to see, we'll be in Maui (Wailea) for 7 days and on the Big Island for 4 days. Is is realy feasble to see Pearl Harboe on Oahu?

You could do a same day and back trip to PH from Maui easily. The island shuttles depart frequently. Grab an early out from Maui and the last back from Oahu.
I agree you should see Pearl Harbor on your first trip to HI.

I did a day trip with Polynesian Adventures. Yes, it's a guided bus tour, but I wanted the ease of not having to deal with Honolulu traffic and getting lost. The package included my inter-island airfare. We got to see Pearl Harbor (both USS Arizona and USS Missouri), Punchbowl cemetery, and Waikiki. It was a day well spent!
