Maui restaurants?

Hi, I'm going to Maui for the first time with my boyfriend in a couple days for 4 days - our first trip together! =) I've been reading threads on fodors and have come up with a tentative itinerary but would love some recommendations on restaurants with good food and reasonable prices. Also looking for a good seafood restaurant with good crab, shrimp, etc.

We are staying at the Royal Lahaina Resort in West Maui. Here's our tentative itinerary (feel free to comment):
Day 0: Arrive in Maui at 7pm, dinner, relax
Day 1: Stroll Lahaina, Makena or Kaanapali Beach, Royal Lahaina Luau
Day 2: Molokini AM snorkeling cruise, Makena beach?, sunset (stargazing?) at Halaekala
Day 3: Road to Hana
Day 4: Snorkeling at Honolua Bay or Black Rock (which is better?), Makena or Kaanapali beach, departure flight at 9pm

Thanks!

Pineapple Grill was amazing http://www.pineapplekapalua.com/
In Paia we liked Flatbread Pizza and Paia Fish Market.
In Lahaina we ate at Maui Burrito - we didn't love it. We like Lime better. We ate at the Hyatt Cascades one night - it was goof but way overpriced.
People LOVE Mamas Fish House, but we never made it.
Have fun!!

When in Maui

I always go to Hula Grill Sandbar for sunset and mac/crab wantons

I always go to Hailiimaile General Store Restaurant for Sashimi Neapolean

I always spend time at Makena

I am not a fan of Molokini but always bring snorkle gear and head out on my own to the West end beaches. I prefer Honolua over Black Rock. Also snorkle at La Perouse Bay and Turtle town if you can find it, while checking out Makena.

Road to Hana, start early, go deep and then make stops on the way back. Start with 7 pools and red sand beach! Have fish benedict at Hana Hotel for bfast and enjoy before the crowds of daytrippers arrive.

Soooo

If it were me....

I would do day 1 checking out the West End sights and snorkling

Day 2 Road to Hana

Day 3 Makena and South east exploring - see if 4 seasons is having their hula show in the cocktail lounge. For the price of a drink it is better than a luau.

Day 4 Early visit to Olivine Pools before people wake up and think aout it. Have the place to yourself, but use extreme caution hiking down, and if you trip protect your head. Falling on rocks is not good for the head. A broken arm mo bettah. Then just hang and relax. Make this your free day to choose last minute whether to hit the road or the pool!

Hope all this blathering on and on helps!

Our favorite restuarants from our trip in May:

Hula Grill for apps and drinks. We weren't impressed with the food, but the view is hard to beat.

I'O in Lahaina. The food was great, and we ate outside and watched the sunset.

Paia Fish Market. Great sandwiches and fries. We really enjoyed walking around Paia.
