maui luxury condo
My husband and I are taking my sister to Hawaii for the holidays this year. We'd like to stay in a luxury condo and are concerned with being disappointed. Am interested in something with oceanview/front view, and in a quiet area near the beach. Kaanapali and Lahaina are too crowded and touristy for us. Have heard mixed reviews on Kapalua Bay villas. Any advice? Thank!

You might inquire about Makena Surf. Wailea is a low-rise, low density, sparkling community. See Mauicondo.com, for starters.
Many properties book early for the December 15-31 span, and often require a 2 week minimum. |
I agree with hmmm about the Makena Surf, Very nice and a great, isolated location. The Kaanapali Ali is nice too!

Wendyzr You may want to check out the Embassy Vacation Resort. It is on the north end of Kaanapali Beach, away from the hustle bustle, but still away from the consistent rain of Kapalua and near enough to the action that you will not have to drive an hour to get to the Old Lahaina Luau, Ulalena, Lanai snorkel trips, Warren and Annabelle's, etc. If you would like more information, you are welcome to visit the website: http://www.mauiembassy.com or email me: [email protected] Mahalo, Shannon |
Makena Surf, Building "F" with the ocean right in front of you!! The Best!!

sorry, but the Embassy does not live up to expectations...itis pure mediocrity, as I have stayed at the Aston Kanappalli...next door. Either are merely a place to leave your stuff as you explore the island. If that is all you want//// otherwise I would say you can do much better
