We are going next March. We are a bit nervous about the weather up at the Ritz but it is a wonderful resort. We have been there many times and love the quietness of Kapalua.

They were supposed to start renovations starting in January but they have put them off until next fall. The rooms really need to be redone. They also have the shuttle to Kaanapali back so we figure if it's raining we can hop the shuttle. They had stopped the shuttle about a year and a half ago but have started it up again.

We thought about staying at the Ritz, too, actually. The only reason we didn't was because we stayed in Kaanapali last time, and wanted to experience South Maui this time.
