Massage/Spas
My husband and I are going to Napa in Jan. WOuld love to get a massage. Any suggestions?
|
Go to a search engine, such as Google, and type in something like "spas in napa, california".
|
I did that. But I want to know if anyone has had a personal experience and can recommend a spa that they liked.

I opened this b/c I love spas, and didn't know what area you were looking for but don't know any in Napa area -
you might want to repost with something like "Spa rec for Napa Valley, CA" so people who might know would be more likely to click on it. good luck have fun! |
Napa town or Napa valley? Would Calistoga work?
|
The Indian Springs Resort in Calistoga is very nice. If you book your treatment early in the day, you can lounge by the pool until 5:00. It's a very laid-back place, this wouldn't be a good choice if you a more upscale place such as the Villagio in Yountville. ***kim*** ((l))

Google OSMOSIS........its the best spa ever.....but its in Sonoma County..west of Sebastapol on the way to Bodega Bay......in Freemont. Worth the trip, because its so unusual and a great "couple" treat.

Osmosis Spa is in FreeSTONE, west of Sebastopol and near the town of Occidental
We just returned form a trip over the hill for a few days and nights in Calistoga. We LOVE Calistoga and Had VG massage and spa at Golden Haven. Their pool and large mineral jacuzzi are heaven ! It's a "campy" sort of taking-the waters kind of place and we enjoy it immensely. Fancier Calistoga spas would be Lavender Hill Spa and The Mount View Hotel. Lincoln Ave Spa is also quite nice. Down near Napa town you might want to call the spiffy new Meritage Resort and see if their Spa Terra will be open for your January dates. I have personal experience with massages & spas all around the Sonoma/Napa/Mendocino Wine COuntry, so just ask. :) R5 |
