Does anyone know if there is an internet cafe or some place on the island that gives you access to a computer?

You can usually use a computer at the public libraries

There is an internet cafe type place. I can't remember the name of it , but I know it exists because when I was looking through one of the tourist books you can pick up anywhere on the island for free, I saw it in there. Didn't pay much attention to it since I brought my laptop with me, but I know OB has one.

I have waited to use at library but there were a couple folks ahead of me. Think you're allowed to use for 15 minutes.
