You could try The Harbor Landing in Vineyard Haven (800-545-4171.) They are budget timeshares but rent out units when there are cancellations. They have a common kitchen which has everything you need to cook (except food), new gas grills, a deck, and most of the units are newly renovated. The rooms are small, but have tv and little refrigerators; the staff is very helpful and friendly. There's a grocery and a convenience store nearby, but I think the cheapest grocer is in Oak Bluffs. <BR> <BR>Good luck and have fun! <BR> <BR>

I'm serious in this request: Oaktown, if you can't post something pertinent and useful, please don't bother.
