Mars 2112 restaurant
 

Had dinner there with my family last night. Food was average at best. The down side of the entire evening was being greeted by 4 blind mice when we departed the place! I kid you not - VERMENT! Guess I should be grateful they weren't rats - BUT STILL! Talk about an upset stomach! Just thought I'd share!

Though we didn't get to see the mice we had a very bland meal there also. I can't say we weren't warned though. I read several reviews that pretty much summed it up but chose to ignore them when the rest of my party said " oooo it looks so neat" lol whaddya gone do????Thanks for sharing!

Yes, the food is nothing special, but how you could not take the kids to this only-in-America monument to tourist rubedom? I'll take it over Rainforest Cafe anyday.

This is a well known trap to be avoided at all costs. The food is awful and many people have reported uncleanliness/vermin.

Can't understand why the city hasn't closed it yet.

To nytraveler: As a native New Yorker I'm ashamed of myself for even going. However, in my defense, I did it for my daughter who had just endured a terrible two days and needed a boost! I, on the other hand, didn't need the experience!!! All in all - I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU! Travellers beware!!!!!
