Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club..Do we chance it w/construction?
 

Hello,

We are heading to Hawaii in Sept. 2006 would like to split our time, Marriott Ko Olnia and Hilton Hawaiian Village. I understand that the Marriott will be under construction until 2009. Has anyone been there recently? Should we chance it or find somewhere else to stay. Any suggestions on other places to stay. We wanted to spend part of our time in Waikiki area and some in a little bit quieter/remote area.
Any help would be great!.

The construction won't bother you at all.

Dusty is right, the construction shouldn't bother you at all. We were there in April and construction was ongoing the entire time. We noticed it maybe twice during the whole week, and even then it wasn't bothersome.
