All and all, if I ever go again, I'd rather go out of the Mardi Gras season. It was a bit much.

Something you have to do once.

I have been to Mardi Gras two times in my life. Once as I was asked then wanted to share it with others. After that no more. i did go back years after over Memorial Day weekend. It was nice but I could smell alcohol the closer I got to Bourbon street. If given the choice I would go back just not at Mardi Gras time unless it was the family friendly part. I do like the float parades.
