Marco Island rentals
 

Hi,<BR>Anyone know of any good resorts or condo's on Marco Island to rent for a week in late March or early April???<BR>I've heard the Marriott is a mess right now. I check condo's and all I keep getting is a place called South Seas condos???<BR>Thanks in advance for any help.<BR>Frank

Frank, South Seas Condos are 4 high rise buildings on the beach. Building 4 is the last condo before Tiger Tail Beach. IMO this is the quiet end of the beach vs. the Mariott. No loud jet skis, boats w/ parasailing, etc. Just quiet natural beauty! You can walk down to the Mariott for more activities, and it's aprox. 1 mile down the beach. We have rented there since '89. Each building has its own large heated pool, but they don't have any jacuzzis. Try to stay 4th floor or higher to be above the palm trees for a nice view of the ocean. (I believe the condos are 19 flrs.) If you are renting for a week or more, this is a great place, with condo conveniences and the resorts within walking distance.

The Hilton is great. Tiki bar, nice pool, nice beach, great service. Shopping, bars, restaurants, across the street.

We own a time share at Eagle's Nest on Marco (next door to the Marriott). Marco is wonderful! Although this isn't the proper venue, we are not able to use our condo this year (3/14-3/21) and have it up for rent. If you are interested, email me. Maybe we can work something out! If not, don't miss Marco. South Seas and that end of the island are great and you will never forget the sunsets! Enjoy.
