We r 2 couples (early 60s) spending 2 nights this week. In Manchester, VT We need suggestions of things to do and see. We love the outdoors,love to eat, quaint shops etc. any suggestions?

Dining; Copper Grouse, Bistro Henry, The Union Underground, The Perfect Wife, Chanticleer,Thai Basil.
Up for Breakfast.Lunch: Little Rooster Cafe, Sl Ducci’s.
To visit: Hildene, Robert Todd Lincoln’s home. Shop: Orvis’ Anchor Store.
Northshire Book Store, Vermont Kitchen Supply.

No idea if any of these are open seasonally or not. That’s not unusual in this part of New England. Check first.
