Mamma Mia at Mandalay Bay

We will be celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary with our first trip to Las vegas following a tour thru the National Parks. Booked the hotels..now the "extras". In looking at Momma Mia, there are seats in the very first row of the orchestra "row BB'. Is this too close to sit? Are seats in the mezzanine better? It's been a long time since I have been to a show, and never to a show in Vegas. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. My husband and I aren't sharing the same opinion of "good seats" so we leave it up to you. Always a compromise!! Thanks!

Having seen Momma Mia four times in Australia any where in the theatre would be great seats,(although of course I am not familiar with the Vegas theatre) but if you can talk to a person at the theatre they usually can give the best advice. A wonderful musical with all the great Abba music and am looking forward to seeing the movie. Enjoy!!!

The front row at the Mandalay Bay Theater is AWESOME. I've seen the show several times from different seats in the house there (I worked there), and really, there aren't any bad seats in the theater. However, if you want to see the "whole stage", you're better off in any of the seats in rows four and eight. Seating on the 'sides' (vs. the center section) are great too, but center section is the best. Have a great time!
