Epcot: Eat at Coral Reef, reserve a seat far ahead of time (months if possible) right by the glass of the tank. Also love the French restaurant, and the Japanese one - both very good. Ride the boat in the Mexican restaurant.

Give yourself time to go through every land. Epcot requires at least a full day. We've been 3-4 times and still discover new things. Find out what concert is taking place in the pavillion in the American area and get there to get seats - those are ALWAYS good. Also the performances in China (often acrobats) and in Japan (if they have the drummers, see them). DO NOT MISS Illuminations, the show on the lake at night.

Epcot has dozens of nice restruants around the lake . . each has a country specific flavor so you can pick the one you like most . . Our favorite is the Rose and Crown Pub.

I've only seen quick eat type places in MK . . grab a burger and go type places, but frankly we do not spend much time there.

If you are there at nite, make a reservation early at one of the restruants with a view of the lake so that you can watch the fireworks. . Hell of a show!

For adults I would plan on spending most of your time in Epcot. Magic Kingdom has a bunch of stuff only for small kids - and other things appropriate to young at heart adults - like Haunted House.

The restaurants at some of the countries in Epcot are not bad (don;t think any are realy top quaiity - since there is very little of that at Disney). We felt even the Grand Floridian was kind of uneven - but are used to NYC quality.

The steakhouse in the Canadian pavilion and the restaurant in the French are definitely not anything less than "top quality" IMO but you are not going to get into them without an advance reservation as a rule.

The new restaurant in Italy was really good!

For rides- we loved Soar. Mission to Mars made everyone sick.

Les Chefs de France in the French Pavilion has delicious food. I would agree that reservations are essential, too.

Try the Flying Fish on the boardwalk (just outside Epcot, near the Boardwalk hotel). Best fish ever.

Magic kingdom unfortunately has the worst restaurants in all of disney. I would skip them entirely. Take the monorail over to the Grand floridian or Contemporary and eat there.

Epcot has the best choices. I would skip Le Cellier, for the price and hype I think it's rather a medicore steak house. although that maybe because I'm from NYC and we've got some of the best around.
I really enjoyed the new Italian restaurant and Les Chefs in France. I've heard good things about Morrocco also but I have not tried it.
As with others if you are certain you want a sit down meal, go on line and make your reservations. Walk ups are dicey at best.

As far as to what to see, that depends. I'm a big kid at heart. When I'm at MK I tend to get into the swing of being a big kid. I love the Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, buzz light year and the major headliners. truthfully I try to do most of the rides, as long as I can't squeeze the backside in the seat. LOL. I love walking through the gift shops on Main street and Main street bakery is not to be missed for a giant ice cream cookie.

The only ride I loathe, hate and despise is that awful Michael Jackson mess Captain EO.
