Lunch stop just south of DC off I-95?
Looking for somewhere to have lunch that isn't too far off 95. We don't like fast food so I was hoping someone familier with the area (up to an hour South of DC) might have some suggestions for good food and where we could stretch our legs. Thanks!

Fredericksburg does have a nice historic district/visitor's center - just follow the signs from 95 - don't be discouraged by all the fast food joints you see just off the highway - you can park at the visitor's center and walk through a nice historic area with lots of restaurants and shops. Should be a nice break.

Thanks Carol, I finally found the site, it's occuquan.org, not com. looks like a very cute town to walk around and the Garden Kitchen looks like a good lunch spot. Thanks for the recommendation!
