Lunch reservations needed at Mama's Fish House?
 

We will be flying from Oahu to Maui on a Saturday, getting in at 12:10 pm. I thought we might eat lunch at Mama's since it's near the airport--do we need reservations or is it very busy at lunchtime?

All I can tell you is that it appeared to be packed when we stopped by near lunchtime in January. You're probably better off with a reservation, but leave plenty of time to get your rental car. It took us at least an hour to get our luggage and the car (we flew in from San Francisco on a big plane, so that may have delayed the luggage).

Better to have than not. Just give them a call and tell them what time (probably around 1:30 or so).

As for getting out of the airport, I would recommend having one person get the car while the other waits for bags if that's doable... guess it depends on how much luggage you have.

You'll get a better table if you have a reservation.
